Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops to validate solutions and gather feedback
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Track project progress and communicate updates to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
