Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Create process flowcharts and data models using Visio and Lucidchart
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project KPIs and success metrics
- Develop detailed documentation for system implementations
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business states
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Support QA testing and UAT for new system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
