Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and pain points
- Analyze operational workflows and identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and user stories for development teams
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics
- Facilitate requirement workshops and translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences
- Support UAT testing and validate solution effectiveness against business needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
