Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and workflow analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate complex needs into actionable specifications
- Create detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Support system implementations by validating solutions against business requirements
- Generate data-driven insights through SQL queries and data visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs in Jira with clear acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and requirements documentation standards
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems implementation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
