Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop actionable insights through data analysis and reporting
- Facilitate workshops to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Track KPIs and communicate findings to leadership teams
- Support system implementations and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with part-time/full-time flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
