Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Create data visualizations and reports using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document meeting outcomes
- Validate solutions through testing and user feedback collection
- Maintain and update process documentation and project artifacts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation skills with experience in UML or flowcharts
- Excellent verbal/written communication for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
