- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and solution validation sessions
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog grooming
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA/Confluence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
