Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements
- Support system implementation and user acceptance testing
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industry highly valued
