Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling tools
- Document requirements and translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align project objectives
- Validate data integrity and recommend system enhancements
- Track KPIs and communicate findings to leadership
- Support agile sprint planning and backlog prioritization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with process documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile) preferred
- Experience in retail, logistics, or healthcare industries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
