Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Develop process documentation and training materials for end-users
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with part-time flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement frameworks
