Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements and create detailed specifications for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives
- Translate technical solutions into business-friendly documentation
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
