Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on project objectives and deliverables
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Document business requirements, process maps, and technical documentation
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in financial services or tech industry
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or equivalent) strongly preferred
