Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and pain points
- Design and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Translate technical requirements into clear user stories
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GDPR standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
