Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling techniques
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, data dictionaries, and wireframes
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure project success
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
