Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience (part-time or flexible roles welcome)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
