- Track project metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
