Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business processes and requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Translate technical requirements into clear business documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
- Support Agile development cycles through sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
