Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across departments to identify process improvement opportunities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover actionable trends
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Document business processes using UML diagrams and flowcharts
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to synthesize complex concepts
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (BRDs, user stories, process maps)
