Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, user stories, and technical specifications using UML diagrams
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Perform data validation and quality assurance for critical datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
