Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
- Support the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and track identified defects.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role (part-time or full-time).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (PivotTables/VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
