Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit business requirements and process improvement opportunities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and KPIs
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize performance metrics
- Document business requirements in clear, actionable specifications for development teams
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project objectives
- Validate solutions against business goals and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with requirements documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience mapping business processes and identifying inefficiencies
- Portfolio demonstrating past analytics projects or requirement deliverables
