Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps and success metrics.
- Create and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and data models.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate business jargon into technical requirements.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills suitable for part-time employment.
