Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Tableau, and JIRA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for new features
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and data models
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Support agile sprints as the business liaison between product and engineering teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and requirement gathering
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred but not required
