Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, process maps, wireframes, and system requirement specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers/engineers) and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze data sets, validate findings, and support decision-making processes.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and identifying risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
