Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Documentation: Create high-quality user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional requirements specifications (FRS).
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to support decision-making and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Agile Support: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development lifecycles.
- Tools: Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and wireframing tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
