Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and wireframes for new initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Document requirements and maintain project artifacts in JIRA/Confluence
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar preferred
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
