Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and reporting efforts.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of process flow diagrams, wireframes, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
