Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional needs.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business workflows and identify inefficiencies to propose and implement streamlined solutions.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and professional documentation, including user stories, process maps (BPMN), functional specifications, and business requirements documents.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to extract insights, perform gap analyses, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to part-time or contract work.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
