Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Create and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and future business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is highly preferred.
