Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, and process maps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and reporting.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
