Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
