Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements and processes.
- Design and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and system diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current business operations and desired future states.
- Translate technical jargon into clear, actionable insights for non-technical team members and clients.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance phases of software development projects to ensure user requirements are met.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to track project progress and business health.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all business analysis artifacts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to executive leadership.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly desirable.
