Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project goals.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate communication between non-technical and technical staff to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
