Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and use case documentation.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product management) to ensure solution alignment.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions, acting as the primary liaison between business units and IT.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends for critical meetings.
