Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Data Modeling: Create and maintain data flow diagrams, process maps, and wireframes to visualize system architecture.
- Documentation: Produce clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and system requirements specifications (SRS).
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure mutual understanding.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
