Based in San Antonio, TX, you will enjoy a hybrid work environment (20-30 hours per week) while contributing to high-impact projects that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications using Visio and JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, and Operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform data analysis and interpret complex data sets to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance phases of software development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and Tableau.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
