The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and our development teams. You will own the requirements gathering process, ensuring that every project delivered meets the highest standards of quality and business value. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and pain points.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed user stories, wireframes, and process flows using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items based on business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with data modeling tools and wireframing software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Figma).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
