Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive business needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop detailed process maps, wireframes, and system requirements documentation.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
- Facilitate training sessions and documentation handoffs to ensure smooth system adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments is highly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
- Must be available to work onsite in San Francisco, CA, 2-3 days per week.
