Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize and optimize business workflows.
- Analyze data trends, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document processes and create training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer across the organization.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
