Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including flowcharts and diagrams.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between technical teams and business units.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in workflows.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role (part-time or full-time).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
