Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new projects and system implementations.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired outcomes.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through reports, flowcharts, and process maps.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of project timelines and deliverables.
- Support the QA process by validating test scenarios and user stories to ensure product quality.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in the technology or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while maintaining high productivity.
