Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define business needs and solution scopes.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop detailed process maps, use cases, and functional specifications to guide technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges and recommend strategic improvements.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular progress updates to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
