Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and reporting.
- Create and maintain process diagrams, use cases, and user stories using tools like Visio or JIRA.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state processes and desired future state solutions.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Track project milestones and communicate progress to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPMN) and workflow documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
