Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and technical constraints.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform data analysis and create detailed process maps and flowcharts to optimize operational workflows.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement through rigorous data analysis.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Document and maintain the Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
