Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare and compile high-level business reports, financial summaries, and presentations for board meetings.
- Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management and supply chain logistics.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Assist in the implementation of new corporate software and process improvements.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate operations or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
