Responsibilities
- Analyze internal operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of corporate data and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct market research to support strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
