Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis across corporate departments
- Support month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Excel
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of corporate finance or accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP or ERP system experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
