Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare monthly performance reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for corporate divisions
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial models
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership on financial insights
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CMA, CPA, or CFA) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
