Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to produce quarterly performance reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive presentations summarizing financial insights and recommendations
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard metrics for client portfolio performance
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate finance principles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus
