Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create monthly performance reports and variance explanations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for corporate divisions
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and investment analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization projects
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Identify trends and opportunities through quantitative data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
- Proven project management experience with competing priorities
